It is recommended that you attend an orientation either online or in-person. At the orientation we will discuss the student’s hopes, dreams, and expectations for music. We will also review the HMA policies, procedures, and expectations. An audition is not required but recommended for those students who already have music experience, even if they are self-taught.

The first step is to complete the Online Registration form then we will contact you.

In-person students will submit docs in-person. Online students will submit via a document signing app. Instructions will be given with docs.

Families and friends will often take group classes together, especially if they are at similar levels.  When students play duets and ensemble music instead of strictly solo pieces, they fall in love with being part of music that is shared with others.
